Today is your Inauguration Day. It’s the moment you stand before the world—and more importantly, before yourself—and take the oath to lead the most important nation there is: the Country of You.

Though it may be cold outside, the fire within you burns brightly. Eyes may be watching, but this moment is about you declaring your commitment to your growth, purpose, and dreams.

As you step into this new role as the President of Your Life, it’s time to set your vision for your first 100 days:

  • Draft Your Agenda: What goals will you prioritize?

  • Build Your Cabinet: Who will stand beside you as your trusted advisors and encouragers?

  • Deliver Your Address: Speak life into yourself. Declare who you are and what you’re capable of.

This is your time to lead with boldness, grace, and resilience. Write your story, set your policies for success, and honor the power within you to create change.

The oath is simple: I solemnly swear to honor, protect, and lead myself with unwavering love and purpose. I will show up every day for the woman I am and the woman I’m becoming.

Now, Madame President, your journey begins. Lead well.

Who is she?

A friend recently told me, “When I look at your social media, I have no clue who you are or what you do!” I laughed because, well, they know me, and they know everything I do, but apparently, I’m not out here telling my story like I should. How many of you grew up hearing, "Don't put your/our business in the streets"? I know I did. While there’s some truth to that advice, it can also hold us back, especially when we step into entrepreneurship or climb the corporate ladder. We get stuck in that mindset, hesitant to share who we are and what we do. But here’s the thing: in business, the streets need to know your story!
